This solu­tion is in­ten­ded for the prop­er or­gan­iz­a­tion of the pro­cess of st­or­ing doc­u­ments. The archive must com­ply with the re­quire­ments of the law, it must be struc­tured and easy to use. To promptly provide in­form­a­tion upon re­quest from in­spec­tion bod­ies, fil­ters and ana­lyt­ics should be provided.

Auto­ma­tion of HR pro­cesses: from hir­ing people to their dis­missal. The auto­ma­tion of the form­a­tion of in­struc­tions for the fur­th­er ac­tions of each can­did­ate at cer­tain steps, as well as the form­a­tion of a list of doc­u­ments for the fi­nal can­did­ate. The set of doc­u­ments sent by the ap­plic­ant is checked for com­plete­ness and com­pli­ance with the spe­cified re­quire­ments (for ex­ample, the doc­u­ments are checked for their be­long­ing to the same per­son). The two most pop­u­lar solu­tions are: “Search for doc­u­ment stamps and sig­na­tures” and “Re­con­cili­a­tion of con­tracts”. The first solu­tion al­lows you to search for the pres­ence of a scanned doc­u­ment sig­na­ture and stamp. The lat­ter, in auto­mat­ic mode, checks the com­pli­ance of the data in the agreed and signed ver­sion of the con­tract. If changes are de­tec­ted (both de­le­tions and ad­di­tions), they will be high­lighted. In ad­di­tion, it is pos­s­ible to de­vel­op a method­o­logy for ap­prov­ing con­tracts, cre­at­ing con­tract de­sign­ers and auto­mat­ing their in­tern­al co­ordin­a­tion.

Next, you de­term­ine the list of doc­u­ments that each coun­ter­party must provide you when filling out the ap­plic­a­tion for par­ti­cip­a­tion in the tender. This data is re­cog­n­ized and checked for com­pli­ance with your re­quire­ments. Such pro­ced­ures can fil­ter out un­re­li­able sup­pli­ers. An equ­ally in­ter­est­ing solu­tion is to find the right po­s­i­tions on pur­chas­ing sites. Auto­mated scan­n­ing of tender sites and the search for lots for the pur­chase in ac­cord­ance with a giv­en quant­ity and price.
